UTSA's defense is played out of this world. You could attribute it to Baylor struggles on offense, but you have to remember they scored 45 on Liberty. If Marcus Davenport, Kevin Strong, & Josiah Tauaefa can do this on a P5 offense it will be interesting to see what they can do against a CUSA program. Other guys that stood out to me were C.J. Levine, Carl Austin & Daryl Godfrey.
This is probably Dalton Sturm's best game ever as a UTSA Roadrunner. He seemed poised in the pocket, making the right decisions the majority of the time. Road game Sturm was REALLY bad last season, it seems that he has turned a corner. If he can play like he did tonight in a constant basis UTSA is in really good shape.
This is the biggest win in program history. UTSA did not look like a G5 team playing against a P5. They looked like a team that looked belonged on the field with Baylor. This is huge milestone for the program, that will likely help UTSA for years to come.
