Evans is a 2023 recruit, but will end up as one of the highest rated guys in that cycle. Have a quick update to pass along here and not a very good one.
Things are not looking good here for UTSA. While there has been mutual interest between Evans and UTSA, it appears Evans is looking elsewhere. If I had to guess he's deciding between Houston, Texas Tech and Arkansas.
