UTSA might not be done with the 2019 just yet. Dominique Bradshaw a 2019 cornerback from Navarro C.C. visited campus last week. I had the chance to speak with him about UTSA and his plans moving forward.
Bradshaw will actually be on campus again this weekend presumably for the Friday Night Lights camp this is scheduled for tomorrow.
The staff will want to see him in person before allowing to commit for 2019.
I asked Bradshaw about his relationship with Deron Wilson.
"Deron Wilson he’s been huge in my recruitment. I have a good relationship with him feels like I can come to him about a lot."
He talked about his recruiting process so far.
"I actually visited a few weeks ago for the first time I loved the campus it’s amazing. I also love everything that the school has to offer I can definitely excel there!"
As for what other programs are recruiting him.
"I’ve been talking to Illinois, Lamar, Grambling St, Mississippi Valley St, Louisiana-Lafayette that’s really it. UTSA and Lamar have recruited me the hardest."
As for what he is looking for in a program he plays for in 2019.
"Looking for an opportunity to be able to play my first season in the program. As well as if that school offers kinesiology because I want to be a coach/physical therapist. If those programs are good I definitely feel like that gives me opportunities after college ball."
I asked for a timeline for a decision.
"Hopefully real soon so I can get started before camp comes around and also start building chemistry with my teammates."
If things go well this weekend you might see Bradshaw in orange and blue this fall.
