UTSA has some serious talent already committed, but they do need to start working on both lines. A big target for the staff is West Orange-Stark [TX] DL Morris Joseph. At 6-3, 280 he would be a perfect DT/DE addition for the Pete Golding's new defense. Luckily for UTSA he seems to be very high on the Roadrunners.

He tells me he is talks with Coach Henderson and Coach Golding almost everyday. Much like Caleb Sampson he has not had a chance to visit the campus yet, "They have been trying very hard to get me down, but I'll probably try and make the first game." Although he has not had a chance to visit UTSA he had great things to say about the program, "They are a program that's on the rise the coaching is great and have a lot of enthusiasm." Joseph was not about telling who was on top of his list, "They (UTSA) are most definitely at the top of my recruitment right now." At the moment the only two offers he is considering is UTSA and Tulane. This seems to be a theme now. UTSA and Tulane are locked in some battles for some very important recruits. As for Joseph he is looking for a program that provides "a quality education, and exposure." I asked him if UTSA could be the school that could provide that for him, "Most definitely."
