Clemens quarterback Frank Harris has moved up his commitment date. He planned on committing early during his senior season, but he has changed his mind. A decision could happen at any time time. Arguably UTSA's most important target in the 2017 class, Frank Harris would be a monumental recruiting win for Frank Wilson. UTSA is in the final group along with UNT, Rice, UCF, and New Mexico. Schools like Baylor, and Georgia Tech are no longer in consideration according to Harris.
