I'm a die hard, and even I found it hard to enjoy the Spring Games of the past. UTSA markets it as an official Fiesta Event, but it's dead as a morgue outside and inside the Dome. Would it be worth the money spent to build the Spring game into more of an event? Music outside in courtyard. Food and game booths littering the concourses of the dome. Seems like they are wasting an opportunity to turn the spring game into an event the regular Fiesta Goer would want to attend.
Oh, and they need to hand out Fiesta Medals to the first X amount of fans every year (@cokermania's idea in his latest pod).
