Anders is coming off an impressive performance in the state championship game. He has not taken an official to UTSA, but will take one the weekend after the dead period is over. Anders tells me no other school has shown interest in the Aledo running back. He says that schools do not see him as a running back because of his size. They obviously did not watch him in the championship game. This does not bother Anders "It doesn't bother me. I've been dealing with doubters all my life that's just how it is. Gotta play the hand you're dealt."
When I asked Anders if he expects to sign with UTSA next month he said he will definitely sign with UTSA.
