An offer has been handed out at the linebacker position. Riverside City (CA) JUCO linebacker Brock Carmen picked up an offer from UTSA yesterday after the open practice. Carmen came from California to take a visit to UTSA.
This offer makes a lot of sense. UTSA is thin at linebacker after not taking one last recruiting cycle. Carmen has two years of elegibility left and graduates this June. With the departure of Tank O'Neal UTSA needs some more bodies at linebacker. I'll post more details as I get them.
