- Team looked good today. They had a good attitude and a lot of energy. Today is the heavy load day. It was competition Tuesday. The individual competitions were outstanding. Also got into some team concepts. It was a typical Tuesday where we begin to learn the game plan for this opponent.
- The whole team is excited for the opportunity to play a game at Kyle Field. To play in front of 100,000 is what players dream of from a young age and now here's their stage. Go do what you do best and play to the best of your ability.
- Kyle Field is one of the top venues in the country. The 12th man is second to none and so I'm looking forward to going there and competing and enjoying the moment.
- Jalen Rhodes has a bruise on his collarbone so he wore Orange today because Orange means no-contact. Sometimes the guys on practice squad want to make plays to make the flight so we have some guys wear Orange. Rhodes practiced today so he will be available for Saturday.
- Javonte Domond practiced a full day. He understands what he has in front of him facing Myles Garrett. It is a pretty good matchup. Both of our tackles are looking forward to being able to compete with two of the best defensive ends in the country but it will be all of (our line) helping out.
- We treat the adversity the same way we treat the success. We look at it on Sunday and learn what we need to learn then put it in the past on Monday.
- Not worried about needing one win the be bowl eligible. Right now we are working on what we need to do against Texas A&M. That is our sole focus right now.
- A&M has some big receivers that are extremely talented. Christian Kirk and Speedy Noil have been the spark for them the past few weeks. It is a tremendous task for us to prepare for.
- They are a little different with Hubenak at QB. Not as much zone read stuff, more mid zone and play action oriented.
- I think two games against Power 5 opponents is enough. The two we had this year were two quality opponents. It's the schedule. It is what it is and we'll play it accordingly.
