I just noticed 2016 TE signee Jack Giblin is no longer on the roster. I don't believe that's been commented on here. He was a good high school receiver but I always saw him as a questionable take as a TE recruit.
If Giblin is gone, then with Shaq Williams graduating after this season that leaves the scholarship TE picture for 2018 as: senior Robert Ursua, soph Chance McLeod, and redshirt freshman Michael Goff. Do any of the current commits project as future TEs? I don't see any, and as long as Wilson is HC and Sclefo is OC it looks like TEs will have a role in the offense, so they'll need more bodies in the coming years, but they don't seem too concerned with that at the moment with only five reported offers out to players at that position, and all of those five are currently committed to other schools.
This staff's gonna make me write another long post with embedded Hudl videos of 10 TEs from four different states, aren't they?
