I am of two different minds when it comes to Frank Wilson and his QB recruiting. On one hand I feel like he's signed 3 above average CUSA prospects out of HS. Frank Harris, Bryce Rivers, and Jordan Weeks all have multi year starter upside in right offense. Then we look at the two Junior College Quarterbacks that he's signed and they both feel like nothing more than roster filler. That on top of two Quarterbacks leaving the program that both look like they will end up at FBS level programs and I'm questioning a few things. If having upper class depth was so important why not do everything in your power to keep 1 of the 2 of them?
Also looks like Wilson is hedging his bets by signing one Dual Threat (Harris and Grundy) along with a Pro Style QB (Weeks and Rivers). I question if he really does have a plan for the position.
