UTSA will be hosting their first summer camp of the year on campus tomorrow. Here is the description of the camp:
UTSA will host Arizona State, Arkansas State, Kansas, Louisiana Tech, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Texas A&M, and Tulsa for its Adidas 3 stripe Challenge. This camp will provide a great opportunity for your son to be observed by some of the top programs in the country. At this camp your son will receive instruction and coaching on agility testing as well as position specific drills, allowing him to refine and improve his skillset as a football player. The camp will also consist of competitive opportunities in one on one and 7 on 7 settings.
Can't give you an exact list of players attending but it should be a really great group on prospects on campus. UTSA commits Spencer Burford and Sheldon Jones will be in attendance. I am still waiting to hear back from Kelechi Nwachuku. Andrew McGowan will attend the Friday Night Lights camps later in the summer.
Look for recruiting to pick up here with camps getting underway. Will have a list of recruits that attended after camp has started. Stay tuned to this thread for updates.
