UTSA officially let go of wide receivers UTSA head coach and announced the hires of three new coaches on Wednesday night. One we knew, Eric Henderson as defensive line coach. The other two -- Ryan Pugh (OL) and Jeff Kastl (WR) -- were also announced. Former Jaguar assistant Frank Scelfo is reportedly the leader to become offensive coordinator, according to InsideRunnerSports and FootballScoop. EDIT: Tulane co-DC Jason Rollins is now rumored to become a part of the defensive staff, according to reports.

If all of these are true, here is current state of staff

HC: Frank Wilson
OC: Frank Scelfo
QB: Scelfo
RB:
WR: Kastl
OL: Pugh

DC: Pete Golding
DL: Henderson
LB:
S: Rollins
CB: Ricky Brumfield
ST: Brumfield

Running back coach may be only job open on offensive staff. A head coach rarely coaches a position, at least officially. Golding is the DC and will probably coach a position. His past stop would suggest secondary, but he may take the linebackers and give Jackson the safeties. Brumfield is most likely special teams candidate.
