UTSA Men's track has signed Texas State Champion sprinter Jose Garcia out of Harlingen HS in the RGV. He had a wind aided time of 10 flat in the 100 meter dash and wind legal 20.59 time in the 200 meter dash. One of the top sprinters in the US. I'll be there in the stands come next spring. Great signing.
