WR is a weird position for us. We lose basically the entirety of 2017 production (Stewart, Kerry, Brady), but seem to be replacing them with even more talent and size.

The post spring depth chart looked like this.

X Receiver
1. Woolen (RF)
2. Ogle - Kellog (F)

The X receiver slot is especially inexperienced, but manned by 2 of the highest rated signings in Wilson's short history at UTSA. Woolen and Kellog both stand over 6'4" with track speed. Increase in talent at this spot is exciting, but could have some early season growing pains.

Slot
1. McNair (S)
2. Guidry (JR)

Slot is much more experienced with McNair in his 3rd year at UTSA. He's show flashes of being very good (S. Miss game last year), but has been plagued by penalties and drops. Guidry wasn't part of the rotation last season, and it wouldn't surprise me to see true freshman Sticks Jones pass him on the depth chart by the start of the season.

Z Receiver
1. Cambpell (S)
2. Blaze Morehead (SO)

Greg Campbell was our most productive receiver to start last season, but seemed to disappear as the season progressed. Blaze Morehead had a solid spring game, and got some snaps towards the end of the 2017 season. If we can get early season Campbell for a full 12 games, the Z spot is in good hands. If not you could see someone like freshman Andrew McGowan start to get some looks.

Questions for the board.

1. Who leads the team in catches and tds?
2. Does McNair finally turn the corner and live up to the hype when we signed him?
