Maybe he gets that kid that got processed by Northwestern to sign on Wednesday. If he does it will be only the 2nd safety that Loepp has signed in 4 classes as our safeties coach. It's a position with not much depth, and he's struck out for going on 3 classes now. Is he just a really bad recruiter? Combine that with a defense that has had big time trouble keeping big plays from happening over the top of his safeties and I'm wondering if it's time to start looking at other options. At the very least hiring another co-dc this offseason to help him out.
