SAN ANTONIO — Following the 31-28 comeback victory over Memphis on Saturday, UTSA is receiving votes in both major polls released today.

For the third week in a row, the Roadrunners are receiving at least one vote in the USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll. UTSA is listed with 11 votes this week after two straight weeks of having one vote.

UTSA received four votes in this week’s Associated Press Top 25 Poll, marking the second time in program history the Roadrunners have been recognized in that poll. On Sept. 20, 2020, UTSA received two votes in the AP Top 25 Poll, a first for the program.

The Roadrunners are off to the second 4-0 start in school history and the first since the 2012 team reeled off five wins to open the season. They will host UNLV (0-4) this Saturday, Oct. 2. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. at the Alamodome and the game will air on ESPN+ and Ticket 760 AM. For tickets, call or text 210-458-UTSA (8872) or click here.
